How do I download my email with outlook 07 when I am travelling?

When I am travelling, I currently have to use Web Mail to access my email
from my ISP. Quite Frankly, it is a pain in the butt. How can I down load it
so that I can view it and respond to it off-line,at my convenience then up
load it at my convenience?
 
Can you connect to your ISP when travelling? If yes, then you use the usual methods. If you can't then you cannot get your Outlook mail.
