How do I do it?

I don't know where to start...

I have a few (3) custom forms(Bootcamp done to GR, Bootcamp done to CoC and
Bootcamp done to recruit) that I need to send once in a while and I want this
process a bit automated.
In all 3 I need to fill in the same name. Currently I have that marked that
as ******.
I need a macro that will open the 3 custom forms, display a 1st messagebox
and replace the ****** in all 3 forms with the name written in the 1st
messagebox.

If that's not possible I don't need the rest since it will be useless to
have 3 macro's for 3 mails.

If it works, then I need a 2nd messagebox that will ask me for another name.
That name should replace ###### in the Bootcamp complete to CoC form.

And then the last messagebox that will ask me for a password. That password
should replace §§§§§§ in the Bootcamp done to recruit form.

and then I want these mails to be sent automatically.

All the forms are stored in "Postvak In" and I'm running outlook 2003 SP1

Thank you very muchif u can do this. It happens now once in a while that I
forget one off the 3 mails and then I'm in trouble...that's why I need it.

ok, sounds like I forgot to bring up the little green pieces of paper with
lincoln with me.
How much would it cost me to make the macro?
