HELP does not tell me how to display a list of recurring appointments such as
birthdays and I know others have encountered this problem. How is it
accessed?

Click the Calendar. Turn on the Advanced toolbar (right click near top of
screen and you'll get a context sensitive menu) | In the Current View window
(part of the Advanced Toolbar) change the view to Recurrence - what you now
see is the content of the Calendar grouped by their recurrences.

PLEASE post your version when you have a question so we don't have to go to
the effort of providing an answer that works the same way in every version.

Display the advanced toolbar - right click in toolbar area and select Advanced. Use the dropdown to display Recurring Appointments.

Hi, first my calendar shows those Recurring Appointments on the basic
calendar view (daily, weekly, monthly appoiments) - but something I do, it
doesnt show them anymore :(

Is there somewhere some settings, that I should but back in the right
position?
