there's no sure guarantee because:
1) when a person views a page it *is already downloaded* to their machine,
to the web cache - this is the way a web page is viewed, it can't be
prevented.
2) regarding protection of images; even if you disable right click, people
can take a screen-capture of your site, then edit and crop to save the
pictures in an image editor.
3) those no-right-click scripts can be worked around - they are not
foolproof.
4) If you don't want *everyone* viewing and borrowing images, either make
them low quality or water-mark them. if they are part of your site design
(ie. graphics used for titles, menus etc then there's nothing you can do
about that.
5) If you disable right click to block the "view source" command, it is
still accessible from View > Source on the main menu bar.
However you can protect your page(s) with password protection, if using
Frontpage publish, you can do this with subwebs and apply a password to the
subweb folder. (if your host supports this function).
