Server Tech Needs help

I need to find out how to disable CHKDISK on a Windows
2000 server. It keeps crashing and it is hooked up to
bunch SAN disk and keeps trying to run a chkdisk on all
its drives. I want to disable this feature... How can I
do this?

I have seen some registry docs about
HKEY Local Machine\SYSTEM\CURRENT CONTROL
SET\CONTROL\SESSION MANGER\BOOTEXECUTE

Is this the place? If so what should I put in there?
Any help would be much appreciated!
THANKS!
