After going onto a respected corporate website, using
their online help functiom, they deposited webcgi.exe
file, as the virus check found nothing wrong with it &
stupidly thinking it was something to do with the online
functionality of the site I clicked it.

Now I can't delete or move the file that's stuck on my
desktop saying its in use by another person or program.

how can I gt rid of it?

thanks

Rightclick the Taskbar and click Task Manager. Find the
culprit under the Processes tab, highlight it and click
End Process. Now delete it!

Use Task Manager to end task on the EXE file and then delete. Or, restart
the computer using Safe Mode and delete the file.
