How do I delete the list of past meeting locations in Outlook?

My Outlook calendar remembers past meeting locations and I often end up
sending the wrong location because it's been substituted with a previous
location (likely b/c of my scroll mouse). How do I set up Outlook so that it
doesn't store this list and lets me type in a new location for each meeting?

You can clear the various MRU lists in Outlook. See this:
