How do I delete the contacts database in outlook 2003

I have office 2003 pro and within Outlook my contacts database has become
corrupted. I removed outlook and then reinstalled, but the contacts were
still there in database. Obviously I need to delete a folder in Office. Can
anyone help please.

you wanted to delete your whole contacts?
What is wrong with the contact database?
