How do I delete MSN log-on box from Outlook?

This past weekend, I discontinued MSN internet service and went with a local
cable company. Now, whenever I try to go into my Outlook account, the MSN
log-on box pops up. I continually cancel out of it or "x" the box but to no
avail. How do I make it go away??

account will be deleted without reading.
