Hi,

I just mounted a spared HDD and found it's under "GPT partition" for unknown
reasons.

Is there a way that I can repartition and/or format the drive because all
options for doing so from within Windows are grayed out.

Many thanks in advance.

The answer is: Download disk utility from the vendor (in my case, it's
Seagate) and redo the partition.

Simply but difficult to figure it out.
