how do i delete from registry?

every time i open I.E. i get a porn url coming up and
replicating itself.I suspect it may be in the registry as
ive tried all the ways i can think of to delete it
the url is as follows


/C:\WINNT\System32
\shdoclc.dll/offcancl.htm#http://www.thehun.net/

any help would be greatly appreciated

The easiest solution may be to use freely downlaodable A-Spyware/A-
Adware tools that recognioze and correct what is likely a "browser
hihack"

SpyBot Search & Destroy
Ad-Aware
come to mind.

A currently updated A-Virus and possibley A-Trojan scan would also be
recommended. After that you may also need to upgrade the IE version
and/or apply security patches to it and "lock down" those security
settings. "Safe Hex" practices will help too in the future.
