How do I delete blank records in Contacts?

At the end of printing my Contacts, I have an extra page of 2 blank records.
I searched my Contacts using blank spaces and don't get anything. Do I
actually have blank records and how do I get rid of them? I'm burning paper
every time I print.
 
I think that the blank records are not actual records, but are blank
paper forms for inputting new contact records when you are away from
your computer with the paper listing in hand.
 
Correct... and they can't be deleted when you print from Outlook. To save
paper, you can print to an electronic format (such as the Office Document
Image printer) and control what pages are printed.
