How do I delete a message from Outbox

I need to delete a message from Windows Mail Outbox which will not delete. I
am running vista.
Please help, or should I find a new product?
 
Thanks Julian, this works, but deleting the exec file was most important.

Good one! I supposed he meant doing an End Process on WinMail.exe.
It's no wonder newbies get into so much trouble when they mix up
the proper names for different things.

Exactly what happened when you tried?
(It is highly unusual for the utility not to work
if the instructions have been followed.)
