C

Claudia

I have this folder called "Claudia" and that was my first
XP account and I had to delete that account because
everything on my desktop disappeared and I had to create
a new one, which I did but now I want to delete this old
one and every time I try it says "C:/Documents and
Settings/Claudia is not accessible" "Access Denied". what
I want to know is how do I delete that file folder?

PLEASE HELP!

Hi,

Log on as administrator, take ownership of that folder.

Right-click the folder, select properties. Go to the security tab and click
advanced. You can take control of the folders on the owner tab. For the
security tab to appear in a WinXP Pro system, you must disable simple file
sharing in the control panel/folder options/view tab. For a WinXP Home
system, you must restart in safe mode and logon as administrator. More
