Ask in the body of the message and include enough information to give
someone a change to answer, like Outlook version and account type, for
starters.

Using Office Pro 2003- Outlook, I attempted to notify an attendee of a change
of time for an appointment via automatically generated e-mail. Message went
to the outbox and has spent almost three days sending. All attempts to
delete, or move have been denied because "Outlook is sending this message or
has already been deleted." (in spite of the fact it still reflects as being
in the Outbox).

File->Work Offline. Close (completely) and restart Outlook. Delete the
message.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
