How do I customize the hours shown in Calendar in Outlook?

I want my calendar view (in days) to show from 8AM to 10PM. Is there any way
to do this?

Thanks - I did that, and set my business day to run from 7AM-10PM. but when
I set the calendar options to 15 minute intervals, it doesn't shrink down the
items so they all fit. (Even when I try to make teeny tiny fonts.) It just
gives me fewer hours, divided into more (15 min) segments). Any ideas.

Sorry, I don't have any suggestions.

There is no way to make Outlook show you only your working hours. It will
always show you all 24 hours, coloring your working hours for contrast.

Outlook will always display all 24 hours but will shade your work hours to
distinguish them. You cannot "hide" hours.
