How do I customize lists in Business Contact Manager default form.

I want to customize lists in Business Contact Manager.

Example: "Source of Lead" & "Territory" list options don't relate at all to
our business and we want to add or replace default list items.

In Outlook, w/o BCM, this can be easily done w/ form design. Any ideas
where to change this would be a great help.
