How do I create name and Address list for printing

I am trying to create a Name and Address list for a School reunion. Need to
create a Spreadsheet or database with a lot of info. Then I need to print
mailing labels with only part of the info. Any idea's would help

Access would be a good tool for this purpose (perhaps it's a bit of
overkill in fact). There is a Contact Manager template which should
have everything you need and more.

If you can't find the template, or want to "roll your own", or are
