I am trying to print labels for files and index cards, with specific fields from the contact address cards. This way I only have to enter the client info once, and I can print the labels I need without re-entering the info in Word (which is what I have been doing)
Right now, I have to type up this info in Word. This seems stupid becuaseSue Mosher said:The best method for doing that is to perform a mail merge with Word. For best results, start in the contacts folder and choose Tools | Mail Merge.

I guess I am not making myself clear. I am not printing mailing labels. I am printing labels with specific fields from the contacts address card entries. Such as file number, opposing party, matter description, name, address, phone no., date opened.
Right now, I have to type up this info in Word. This seems stupid becuase
then I enter the same info in Contacts - I would like to print directly from
contacts. I almost have it, but the fields that I created don't print on my
custom label I designed. There is not much info in Outlook that explains how
to do this.
