How do I create Boot Disk

Sfter downloading to the 4 floppy disk from bootdisk.com
I don't know how to unzip the files so they will boot my
frozen w2k program. I also need instructions on how to
use the disk(s)!!!! Helpless and in despair !!!!!!!!!!!!!
