How do i create booklets in 2007 Word

I can find nothing in Office Word 2007 on how to create folded booklets for
printing can anyone help or do I have to go the Clickbooks road?
 
The "Book fold" feature is still in the exact same location in the Page
Setup dialog, which is accessed via the dialog launcher in the Page Setup
group on the Page Layout tab (or by double-clicking the ruler).
