How do i create a web site to sell products?

I have Frontpage 2002 and would like to put together a basic website to sell
computer related products. I would like to know how to put this together. Is
Front Page the best program to use or should I start with something easier?
 
Hey I would say use FP or Dreamweaver and can i ask what things is it you
want to sell ?

You have big learning curve ahead of you. First you should get either
FrontPage, which I have used for the past 8 years, or if cheap is your game.
You could use the new open source program NVU. http://www.nvu.com You will
have to have a "shopping cart" such as CartXpress http://www.cartxpress.com/
Your hosting company may provide a shopping cart other than this, check with
them first. You will need to establish a payment method; Authorize.net,
Credit Cards, PayPal, etc. Merchant Banking services, check with Ipayment.

Government permission to collect and submit taxes through your on-line
store. Are you going to ship to the United States? Set up for variable
currency exchange rates. Set up for shipping and packaging, and edit postal
codes, maximum package weights, percentage of increase for large packages.
Will you have to have your site translated into the French language?
