How do I create a title in an Access header?

I need to put a title in an Access header. I see how I can insert fields but
I do not see how to insert a typed title.

Do you mean in the Header section of a form? You can use a Label
control for this, I think. If you have your Toolbox displayed when in
design view of the form, the Label is the toolbox item with the 'Aa' icon.
