How do i create a template that changes the colour of all text of a ppt?

Hi,

how do i change the colour of all the text in the text box
by creating a template to overwrite all the settings of a
ppt? I know how to create a .pot but i don't know how to
use it to change all the text in a ppt to black... Please
help me , Thanks!
