How do I create a template for reporting computer troubles

I want to use Office XP (Access) to create a template that will allow users
to report computer troubles. I want them to be able to access the template
from a website, report their trouble and receive an automated response (which
could be customised). The troubleshooter would access the report, fix the
problem, and both the trouble report and the fix would be attached to the
inventory control for that computer. Reports could be generated that would
show frequency of troubles, total number of reports worked for a period,
parts used, and expenses incurred.

Hi,

This is a non-trivial project, especially since it involves Access, web
pages, reports, automated emails, etc. You don't mention your
experience level; what kind of help do you need from this group?

If you don't have much experience yet, you might want to hire a
professional to assist you. Some developers will train you as the
project proceeds, so that your experience increases and you can take
over the maintenance of the system.
