I want to use Office XP (Access) to create a template that will allow users
to report computer troubles. I want them to be able to access the template
from a website, report their trouble and receive an automated response (which
could be customised). The troubleshooter would access the report, fix the
problem, and both the trouble report and the fix would be attached to the
inventory control for that computer. Reports could be generated that would
show frequency of troubles, total number of reports worked for a period,
parts used, and expenses incurred.
