How do I create a survey

Please can someone help me, i'm not familiar with microsoft FrontPage and i'd
like to know how to create a survey and show the result.
 
First you should start at the beginning. www.frontpagewiz.com is a good
starters tutorial site for getting familiar with Frontpage, which is the
first thing you should do.

Other suggestions:

1) Google for "web survey"

2) Also, www.hotscripts.com may help you find a suitable server-side script.

Surveys of the nature you're asking about probably would require complicated
server-side scripting, so you'd be better off finding a pre-written script
from the above site.
