How do I create a send email option in my Outlook 2003?

Hello:

I recently purchased a computer with Windows XP and Outlook 2003. I've
tried sending messages via Outlook, but, oddly enough, there is no send
button! I attempted to scroll through the 'View" and 'Tools' pulldowns, but
I could not customize a new toolbar with the 'send email' option. Any
suggestions? I can write emails, but can't send them. Ugh!

Set up a mail account in Outlook

Try Help or your ISP's web site for instructions.

Have you set up a mail account in Outlook?
