How do I create a report that automatically delete a checked box?

I have check boxes in my table. I would like to create a report that
automatically delete the fields when the box is checked but allows the fields
with unchecked boxes to appear.
 
You might want to try explain this again. I can't imagine a report
automatically deleting a field. Are you asking about making controls on the
report visible or invisible?
