How do I create a purchase order form in Access?

I am trying to create a Purchase Order form in Access that I can print out
and e-mail to my vendors. Does anyone have any suggestions?
 
Sounds like a pretty basic use of Access. Just get into design-view and
start building. Do yo have a specific question?

The "Invoice" in Northwinds sample database might have many of the features
you wish to include in a PO. You might use it as a template to get started.
