How do I create a polar plot in Excel?

Doesn't seem to be a facilility in Excel to do this.

NB. This is not about 'radar graphs' - I need range and angle to be
plotted....

Polar plots are not a standard excel chart.
You can however built them.

Is it possible to change chart from being 0-360 to 0-180 (with 0&180 at 3 o'clock, 45 at 12 o'clock, 90 at 9 o'clock and 135 at 6 o'clock). Thsi format is very common in ophthalmology charts for astigmatism. Something like this:
