How do I create a new information store on an old pc?

I am upgrading to Outlook 2003 on a PC that used Outlook with Exchange
Server in the past. We no longer use Exchange Server, but every time I try
to open Outlook it tells me that it is attempting to migrate user accounts
and asks me to give a client name for Exchange Server. When I cancel out, it
tells me that it cannot find my information store and shuts down. Is there
anyway to get around this?
 
Go to Control Panel | Mail. Either create a completely new mail profile or edit the existing one to remove the Exchange service, add a .pst file, and add accounts.
