You can't, of course. DL's don't even contain address information. They only
contain e-mail addresses. If you want to know how to make address labels
from your Contacts, read your Outlook and Word Help Files on "mail merge."

I'm baffled. You created these DL's, right? Did you not know what they
contained or what they were to be used for? If so, I'm sorry. We assume a
basic level of understanding of Outlook features and how they should be used
when users post in these newsgroups. We have no way of knowing when that is
not the case. The more information you post accurately with your question,
the better your chances are of getting an accurate response. No one here can
read minds.

But when you created the DL, you could see it contained only two field: Name
and E-mail Address. How could you create a mailing label from only those
two fields?

Open Word (this is Office 2003; there’s probably something similar in Office
2000)
Select Tools, Letters and Mailings, Mail merge
Document type is Directory
Use the current document, select Next
Select from Outlook Contacts
Choose Contacts folder
Address block

Wrong. You cannot use a DL to create labels in any version of Outlook by any
method, including this one.
