How do I create a header that prints text on AutoText entry at the left margin?
 
Can you explain more clearly what you are trying to do please. The question
just isn't clear (to me).

View | Header and Footer. Insert a text box and position it in the left
margin. Add text if desired. Select the text box and save it as an AutoText
entry.
