How do I create a functioning form with Frontpage 2003

I'm trying to create a form that can take information from a user and either
send it to an e-mail address or post to another page, can anyone point me in
where to go? I'm using Frontpage 2003. Thanks in advance.

I like to search for the word tutorial along with the word Frontpage
and the words "Creating Forms"

You will then have an excellent array of over a thousand teaching
aids which leads you thru this step by step. Pick any one and start
at the beginning.
 
Start in your FP web/site w/ File New Page - more page templates and the forms Wizard
