Hi,
The first step to create a distribution list for your friends is to enter their individual names and e-mail addresses in Outlook Contacts. Once you have entered each person individually, next
create a distribution list in Contacts by clicking on File > New > Distribution List, and give it a name such as "Friends."
Once you've given this list a name, then click on Select Members and individually select each person you would like to be part of this distribution list. Please note that you can also add an
email address to this distribution list without creating an individual contact record for each person by clicking on the "Add New" button, and entering the email address.
