CRAIG KEITH
WEEK
31-Mar PET REG
07-Apr PET REG
14-Apr MAIN PET REG
21-Apr PET REG
28-Apr MAIN PET REG
05-May PET REG MAIN

Ok, the above rota shows who is on call on what week. What i want to do is
have excel KNOW which shift CRAIG and KEITH are on (Early or Late) depending
on the date, and add that answer to the cell in the form of either o
conditional format or actually adding the text "Early" or" Late" to the cell.

Think more info & explanation is needed here ..

While it can be guessed that the main data:
31-Mar PET REG
07-Apr PET REG
14-Apr MAIN PET
etc

is probably sitting within A3:D8 ?

... it's not known what PET, REG, MAIN mean
and how these are possibly related to "Early" / "Late",
nor to "Craig" & "Keith"

In which cells are: "Craig" & "Keith" ??
and in which cells is the indication: Early (or Late)
to be computed and placed ??

Over to you, Proddy ..
