How do I create a form letter

Guest

I'm trying to create a form letter in outlook. I have the letter I want and
would like to change a few fields depending on the client/circumstance. In
Microsoft Word I can do exactly what i want with the "Text Form Field". I can
tab to all fields I want within the document and change them easily using
that fuction. I just wish I could do the exact same thing in Outlook using
the same fuction. Your help is greatly appreciated

Why do you want to do that in Outlook. If you want to email the
'letters', just choose Outlook as your destination service in the mail
merge.

Outlook can invoke Word's mail merge feature for that.
