Right click on the presentation and select "Open With" and then select the
viewer. There will be a check box that asks if you always want to open this
type of file with this application. Check it if desired.
First off, did you run the program you downloaded? That's what actually
installs the viewer; one of the steps the installer does is creating the file
association. You shouldn't need to create one.
