How do I create a custom ribbon in MS Access?

No information is in the help files.
Also, let's send MS letters telling them to stick this new way of
makingmenus up their wazooos. It is painful and requires new skills. What
were they thinking? Also their new navigation pane is a real pain. Only
programmers could use it. It's not user friendly.

I agree that ribbons are a little more difficult to get started with but
once you grasp them they are kinda nice (in my opinion). New navigation I
agree (I just use it like the old one, always switch it to view by object).

Ribbons do require some programming.
