How do I create a command button in a Form "Filter by Form"?

I have to create a form where my colleagues can search by using the "Filter
by Form" option. I want to create it as a button in a form to disply the
search form.

How do I do this?
 
You cannot place a command button on a form to get back from FilterByForm to
Form view. None of the buttons or events work in FBF.

Train them to use the toolbar button instead.
