how do i create a collage in powerpoint? please and thank you

Chachou,
One possibility: just import your pictures using Insert - picture from
file - you can select several pictures at once using the ctrl key. If you
want the pictures to have a thorn effect on the sides you can use a graphic
program to do so, SnagIt has such a feature but there are others of course.
Another one:
Draw some AutoShapes and fill them with your pictures, using Format -
AutoShape -
colors and lines tab, click the arrow and select Fill Effects. Choose the
Picture tab and navigate to your picture.
Third possibility:
Draw your shapes yourself using the freeform tool which you will find in the
drawing toolbar. Again fill them with your pictures. It will take some work.
But then again no gain without some effort.
 
I downloaded Picasa, free from Google. With that program, you can create a
collage of pictures, save as a jpg. and insert into your powerpoint. I did
it in one of mine, and it actually places the pictures in what looks look
Polaroid frames, and it looks great!
