How do I create a clicking report with IE6 ?

Given a certain time gap, I want to know exactly when did
I clicked on a link and transferred to another page.

Is there a report of this kind that can be created by IE6?

See if the Last Visited: timestamp is enough for what you want.
Right-click the History item and select Properties.

If the site has some cacheable files you could use the TIF viewer
(sorted by Internet Address) to see the Last Accessed: and
Last Checked: timestamps.
Keystrokes: Alt-T,O,Alt-S,V Alt-V,D Alt-V,I,I

A related clue about web site activity, available in the same place
are the timestamps associated with any Cookies for that site.
They don't sort with the above sort order but may be detected
by sorting on Last Accessed:
