how do i create 2 columns with a line between them?

I need a template that has a narrow left column, a line going down the page
and a wide right column. I want to be able to type, flow easily between the
2 columns. Back and forth as I do questions and answers. How do I make this??

If you are talking about Access, then create a table with two fields,
questions and answers.
then create a form based on the table and set the default view as datasheet
view in the properties window. Then you can easily tab from one field to
another and create your records along the way! Width of the columns can be
set by dragging with mouse.
