How do I costomize "outlook today"

Hi,

How do I costomize "Outlook Today" in Outlook 2003 such that I can see
the subject of every unread email and/or the 10 latest emails.

Currently I can only see how many unread emails I have, but not their
subject. However, it must be possible to change this as I can see the
text of every pending task and not just the number of pending tasks.

Can anybody help me?

Unless you write your own Today page, you can't.
