How do I correct settings in order to get a Digital Id?

When I try to send an email I keep getting a pop-up message telling me that I
do not have Digital ID but if I send it it will be sent properly, but I won't
be able to read it in my sent items folder.
I've never had this problem prior to having a lot of problems with my
notebook.

Go to Tools>options>security, and uncheck digitally sign all messages

Go to the tools menu in WM>Options>Security tab, and remove all check marks
from the bottom section called Secure Mail>apply>OK.
You do not need a digital ID.

Are you absolutely sure you need a Digital ID? It adds and order of
complexity that most folks would rather not deal with.

If yes, consult your Digital ID provider.
