How do I copy to DVD after downloading from a file sharing site?

I recently downloaded a movie from a file sharing program. How do I make a
DVD copy from the file to DVD? I have Media Player,Real Player,Dell
Cyberlink,Sonic, and MusicMatch Jukebox. I have the dvd rom and the dvd
r/rw. Which one do I use or do I need something else?
