how do i copy the information from my shortcut to the contact folder in
outlook shortcuts?

Under Outlook Bar is a group My Shortcuts which contains a
Shortcut(USContacts) which has about 150 contacts.
I need to copy each contact from My Shortcuts(USContacts) to the
correstponding Categories(USA,NONUSA,PERSONAL,etc.) in Contacts which is
under Outook Shortcuts.

Then how did you manage to store Contacts in this folder and why can't you
must move them to your Contacts Folder?

I do not know how the file got into My shortcuts. Is in my wife computer and
she has asked for my help.

Let me see if I can reproduce this situation. I've never seen it before and
it will take me a while to find an installation that far out of date so I
can try to reproduce it.

View the Folder List and find the Contacts you are working on. The Shortcut
Bar is just that - Shortcuts. The data is all stored in Contacts folders.

If she's messed up the Shortcuts, remove them all and start again by setting
up shortcuts to relevant folders.
