How do I copy the e-mail address from an e-mail I have received

When I receive an e-mail from a new contact I usually add them to my contacts
and I also want to add them to a deistirbution list at the same time.
Suggestions how to do that?

Right-click on the contact in the From field and select Add To Contacts.

Edit the distribution list to add the newly defined contact as a member.
