I want to be able to copy my contact information from my home computer to my
computer at work. At home, my computer uses Outlook 2002. At work it is
Outlook 2000. I have a jump drive that has 128MB but the Outlook.pst file is
over 400MB. And I do not have a CD burner available. Any suggestions?

Just create another PST file that contains only your Contacts and copy that.
Note: do not export your Contacts.

How do I do that?

File > New > Outlook Data File...
Copy your Contacts Folder into it.
