how do I copy my address book from my other pc to my new pc?

I emailed my .WAB files from my other computer to my new one but I can't
figure out how to transfer my list of names & addresses to Outlook address
list on this PC. The one answer I looked at said to copy the PST file but I
can't find that. Can't I copy the WAB list???
